Make An Impact With Junior Auxiliary Of Taney County
Junior Auxiliary of Taney County (JATC) invites all women over the age of 21 to become members.
JATC members annually contribute more than 4,000 volunteer hours as they strive to improve the mental, physical, social and emotional well-being of children and families in Taney County.
Members have the choice to participate in a variety of service projects that benefit children of all ages in Taney County. Each year new projects are added to respond to community needs and engage the talents of members.
Members raise money for these projects through one major event - a fun Trivia Challenge with dinner, live entertainment and a Silent Auction. There are also several smaller Fundraisers that you can view on our Fundraising page. Members also have social events that enhance personal relationships and contribute to the fun of participation.
Membership requirements include payment of annual dues (currently $85), completing a minimum number of service and education hours (approximately 2 - 4 hours per month), and assisting with fund-raising events and activities.
New members receive training and make a six-month commitment that enables them to learn more about JATC as they participate in meetings and projects and then decide whether they would like to become active members.
