Break out your deerstalker hat and meerschaum pipe and form or join a Trivia Team Table for JATC’s 19th Annual Trivia Night, “It’s Elementary My Dear Watson”, at the Radisson Hotel in Branson on Saturday, April 14th. 80 brain-teasing questions in eight challenging categories have been created, tested and put into the vault. Victorian era and Steampunk memorabilia have been collected to evoke the spirit of the times of Sherlock Holmes. Musicians from the combo “Stringfield” are tuning up. Enticing Silent Auction items have been collected and await enthusiastic bidders. Raffle tickets providing a chance to win one of four great prizes including$500 cash, a 2-night stay at the Chateau on the Lake, an all-day pontoon rental or abundant treats from Price Chopper are selling like hotcakes. This event is JATC’s primary fundraiser. Each year we count on great community participation (and especially that of those near and dear to us) to promote the purpose and activities of JATC and to fund the numerous projects we offer in the community.
